Legend Biography

As the first editor of BASSMASTER magazine, Bob Cobb created a how to
reporting format with in-depth Tournament trail coverage that at its peak,
reached over 650.000 B.A.S.S. members worldwide.
Bob also served on the original advisory board for the Bass Anglers
Sportsman Society and is a member of the founding board of the Bass
Research Foundation. Bob has also served as the head of public relations for
Zebco, one of the nations leading fishing tackle companies.
He has been honored Conservation communicator of the year by the state of
Oklahoma Wildlife Federation as well as being presented the Award of Merit
by the American Association of Conservation Information.
Bob is a member of the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame as a
legendary communicator and the Professional Bass Fishing Hall of Fame.
