Legend Biography

Larry Nixon has made an astounding and memorable career in the bass fishing industry. His accomplishments are widespread and include 14 National Titles from the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society Tournament Trails, and "Bass Angler of the Year" in 1980 and 1982. Larry won the coveted Bassmasters Classic in 1983, as well as, four BASS Megabucks titles. Larry has also won three FLW National tournaments to prove his uncanny ability to find and catch bass consistently.
He was inducted into the "Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame" in 1990, inducted into the "Arkansas Fishing Hall of Fame" in 1993, and in 2001 he was inducted into the "Professional Bass Fishing Hall of Fame".
In addition to his love for fishing, Larry also is an avid hunter and spends much of his leisure time hunting both deer and waterfowl.
